Beer Yoga??? Yes, when we heard about this being a THING, we had a little chuckle, then thought, if it’s well taught yoga and great tasty craft beer, then why not combine the two?!? Yes this is a bit of fun but we thought why not give it a go for Sheffield Beer Week.
In addition one of our regulars is a fully-qualified yoga teacher who loves beer and when we floated the idea it was a big yes from her!
Gail Stephens our Yoga teacher for this one hour Beer Yoga session is the Founder of Dancing Warriors. She teaches slow flow hatha yoga, yin, yoga nidra and meditation; this practice enables people to unplug and power down, so that they can reconnect with themselves, feeling calm and yet energised.

BEER FROM THE LAKES!
Brewing innovative, modern beers in the Lake District, of Northern England, since 2002. The brewing started in an old barn at Hawkshead, at the head of Esthwaite Water outgrowing it after four years and moved across Windermere to the present site, in the Mill Yard, beside the River Kent, at Staveley. Their they built a new brewery in Chadwick’s Mill, the old wood turning mill, and added The Beer Hall, the brewery tap, so that you can drink our beer at its best, where it is brewed.
THE BEERS!!
Northern Imperial Stout – 9.5%, NZPA – 6.0%, ITI Pale Ale – 3.5%, Session IPA – 4%
