Beer Yoga??? Yes, when we heard about this being a THING, we had a little chuckle, then thought, if it’s well taught yoga and great tasty craft beer, then why not combine the two?!? Yes this is a bit of fun but we thought why not give it a go for Sheffield Beer Week.

In addition one of our regulars is a fully-qualified yoga teacher who loves beer and when we floated the idea it was a big yes from her!

Gail Stephens our Yoga teacher for this one hour Beer Yoga session is the Founder of Dancing Warriors. She teaches slow flow hatha yoga, yin, yoga nidra and meditation; this practice enables people to unplug and power down, so that they can reconnect with themselves, feeling calm and yet energised.

This will be a one hour Beer Yoga session in our additional room for the day (used to be Purdy’s Salon). The ticket price includes your bottle or can of beer, they’ll be a selection to choose from, so don’t worry if you don’t like a particular style of beer!

£12, limited spaces, book your place by messaging us here or in person at Hop Hideout. Open to all. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, just let us know in advance and we can bring you one to use for the session.

Their they built a new brewery in Chadwick’s Mill, the old wood turning mill, and added The Beer Hall, the brewery tap, so that you can drink our beer at its best, where it is brewed.
